Standardization क्या है?
Business में Standardization का मतलब है ऐसे clear process, rules और systems बनाना जिससे हर काम हर बार एक ही तरीके से
हो—चाहे कोई भी व्यक्ति करे।
इससे काम बिखरा हुआ नहीं रहता, बल्कि proper system में आता है, जहां result
predictable होते हैं और quality same रहती है।
Simple शब्दों में:
Standardization मतलब लोगों पर depend
रहने के बजाय system पर depend होना।
